Shipping
All items are shipped from Bucharest, Romania.
2. SHIPPING TO ROMANIA
– We send parcels in Romania by DPD Curier or Cargus
– Delivery time – 1 business day**.
– Price of products and your payment to us includes 19% VAT, and there are no custom taxes to be paid.
3. SHIPPING TO EU COUNTRIES
– All parcels are shipped through DHL by air, next business day delivery**, for a flat fee of 16 euros.

– You will receive a tracking number via email.*
*Please take into consideration that we may process your order a few days before the actual shipping, and the tracking number that you will receive via email will become live only after the label is scanned by courier.
**Please take the order processing time of 1-2 working days into consideration.
Partial shipping
It may happen that from a larger order one of the products will not be in stock. In that case the order will be shipped at a later day, or upon request we will ship the main order as scheduled, and the remaining items will be shipped later.
Goods damaged in the shipping process:
We do our best to minimize the damaging risk. Still, around 1% of the shippings get damaged.
- Please check the outside of the box when you receive it. If there are obvious signs of damage, please make a photo if possible.
- If the courier is still with you, please make a note on the shipping receipt mentioning the damage.
- If any of the parts inside are damaged, please make photos and send them to us. We will send new ones as soon as possible.
Returns
You can choose to return the products at any point in the first 14 days after receiving them.
If you decide to return any product purchased on our website please contact us at contact@lumiluna.eu.
The goods must be returned preferably in the original packiging. Products that show stains, cracks, dents or other faults will not be accepted for return.
The value of the products will be refunded, via online transfer in 7-14 days after the goods arrive back to our shop.
The shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Products in good shape/client changed their mind:
- You can return the goods two weeks after receiving them. You will have to arrange and pay for the shipping back to our shop, or we can organize the shipping and deduct the price from the refund.
- Defected products, wrong products
- We will organize the shipping back from you.
